Personal Data Processing Policy and Terms

This policy applies to the contact form on infrion.ru.

Personal data is processed solely to receive and handle inquiries, communicate with the requester, clarify request details, keep internal request records, and improve service quality.

5. Processing Actions

The Controller may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer in legally permitted cases, anonymize, block, and delete personal data.

6. Consent and Withdrawal

Consent is granted by selecting the mandatory checkbox before submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the controller's email address. Processing is terminated after withdrawal unless otherwise required by law.

7. Data Subject Rights

A data subject may request information about data processing, demand correction, blocking, or deletion of data, and exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

8. Security Measures

The Controller applies necessary legal, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized or accidental access, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

9. Retention Period

Personal data is retained no longer than required for the stated processing purposes and legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

10. Consent Text for the Form

By checking the checkbox before submitting the form, the user confirms they have read this Policy and consent to processing of personal data for the purposes listed above.
